The HAMSTAT Call Center provides Hamilton Township residents with a centralized location for complaints, service and information requests. The HAMSTAT Call Center not only acts as a Help Desk for residents by answering routine questions and providing information on any number of issues, but it also logs in complaints and service requests, forwarding them to the appropriate department for action and resolution.

Request for a service such as a pothole repair, missed garbage, streetlight out, or abandoned vehicle.

Service requests submitted through this system are for non-emergency issues and are not monitored on a 24 hour a day basis.  In an emergency situation, DIAL 9-1-1.  Do NOT submit service requests for downed power/cable/phone lines. Please call the Police Non-Emergency Phone Number at 609.581.4000 to report such matters.
