FREE Paper Shredding for Hamilton Residents on Saturday, September 24th

Don’t miss Hamilton’s final paper shredding event for 2016.

Mayor Kelly Yaede is inviting residents to take advantage of Hamilton’s FREE Paper Shredding Event on Saturday, September 24th at the Hamilton Township Police Division Headquarters parking lot (located at 1270 Whitehorse-Mercerville Road on the “Municipal Court” side of the complex).

The event will take place from 8 am to 12 pm Noon (or until the shredding truck is full) and will be held rain or shine.  Attendees for the paper shredding event must enter the complex from Judge Samuel A. Alito Way.

“I urge residents to take full advantage of our final, free paper shredding event of 2016,” explains Mayor Kelly Yaede. “This event continues to be a popular service because it provides our residents with a convenient and environmentally friendly way to dispose of their paper materials, while also helping to protect residents against identity theft.”

The event is a FREE service open to Township residents only and requires proof of residency, such as a driver’s license, tax bill or utility bill.  Business or commercial materials are prohibited from this service.

Residents will be able to shred paper materials and file folders, up to a 100 lb. limit.  However, items such as CD’s, VHS tapes, DVD’s, plastic cases, computer hardware, metal, trash items, food products, x-rays, cardboard or similar items are prohibited
