Paxson Avenue Extension Repaving Project (Between State Highway 33 and Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road)
On or about Monday, October 31, 2016, a Hamilton Township road repair project will begin on Paxson Avenue Extension (in between State Highway 33 and Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road).
The project, which is funded by Hamilton’s Capital Budget for Road Repairs and will be performed by a private contractor, is anticipated to take two (2) days to complete, weather permitting.
During the repaving project, Paxson Avenue Extension between State Highway 33 and Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road will be closed to traffic from approximately 7 AM to 7 PM.
Although detour signage will assist in redirecting traffic, motorists may wish to avoid this area during the repaving project.
Hamilton Township thanks residents for their patience during the project and asks residents to exercise caution if driving in the vicinity of the construction zone.
The repaving of Paxson Avenue Extension is a separate project from the upcoming repaving of Paxson Avenue (between Nottingham Way and Edinburg Road), which will also begin in the coming weeks.
