SUSPICIOUS PERSON

Hamilton, NJ - The Hamilton Police Division’s Criminal Investigations Section is investigating a reported incident regarding a suspicious person near the area of Nottingham High School.  

On Friday, October 28, 2016, at approximately 8:35 a.m., while walking to school, a juvenile was approached in the area of Nottingham High School by a black male driving a silver minivan.  The juvenile described the black male as tall with a scruffy beard, wearing a blue/navy stripped hooded sweat shirt.  The male asked the juvenile if she needed a ride and “don’t you want to be my friend.”  The victim replied “no” and continued to walk to Nottingham High School.  The suspect then drove off on Hamilton Avenue in the direction of Trenton.  No other description or information was available at the time of the report.
