6/29/2017 - Hamilton’s Annual Independence Fireworks and Concert Set for Monday, July 3rd

Hamilton’s Annual Independence Fireworks
and Concert Set for Monday, July 3rd

Mayor Kelly Yaede is inviting residents to get a head start on celebrating our nation’s freedom on Monday, July 3rd with Hamilton’s annual Independence Fireworks and Concert.

Beginning at 6 PM in Hamilton’s Veterans Park (inside the Kuser Road entrance) attendees can enjoy a concert performance by the band, The Heartbeats.  The band, with a full rhythm and horn section and several vocalists, plays everything from today’s hits to oldies and countless styles in between. Attendees can learn more about the band at www.theheartbeats.com

After the sun sets, at 9:30 PM, residents can enjoy a fantastic fireworks display to start the weekend-long celebration of our nation’s independence.

“Our annual fireworks and concert is always a great way for our families and neighbors to enjoy the holiday and celebrate our independence,” says Mayor Yaede.

This year’s celebration is made possible thanks to the generosity of event sponsors Hamilton Honda and PNC Bank through Mayor Yaede’s Community and Recreational Events Corporate Sponsorship Initiative, which raises private (non-taxpayer) dollars to help fund the town’s annual community events.  Other local businesses have also generously supported the continuation of Hamilton’s annual community events through the sponsorship initiative.

For more information about the event, residents can visit: HamiltonNJ.com/Fireworks

In the event of inclement weather, the rain postponement date for Hamilton’s Fireworks and Concert celebration will be Tuesday, July 4th.
