Hamilton’s Health Division Ask Residents to Participate in Survey to Help Better Serve County’s Health Needs
Hamilton’s Division of Health is
asking residents to let their voices be heard to represent the health needs
across the county.
Hamilton Township’s Health Division
is a partner in the Greater Mercer Public Health Partnership, which is
comprised of a diverse group of hospitals and health departments. Through a grant coordinated by the United Way
of Greater Mercer County, the survey hopes to gain a clearer vision of the healthcare
needs of residents across the county, as well as to develop future health and
wellness programs to better serve our area.
Before May 18, 2018, Hamilton’s Health Division is asking residents to
complete a brief and anonymous survey,
which is available online (at www.healthymercer.org) or via
print-out copies of the survey that will be placed in the Township’s Health Division Building (2100 Greenwood Ave, Hamilton,
NJ 08609 – next to the Hamilton Township Municipal Building), the Township’s Senior Center (409 Cypress
Lane, Hamilton, NJ 08619) or the Township
Public Library (1 Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr. Way, Hamilton, NJ 08609).
