5/2/2018 - Hamilton Job Fair for Summer Employment on May 15th

Hamilton Job Fair for Summer Employment on May 15th

If you are a resident looking for a summer job, Mayor Kelly Yaede and Hamilton Township’s Economic Development Advisory Commission are looking to help.

Mayor Kelly Yaede is inviting both job seekers and employers to participate in Hamilton’s upcoming Job Fair, which will focus on summer employment opportunities.

The Job Fair – Hamilton’s second of 2018 -- will take place on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, from 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM at the Hamilton Golf Center Conference Room located at 5 Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. Way in Hamilton (located next to the Hamilton Township Public Library).

Admission for job seekers is free; however attendees are highly encouraged to pre-register online at htedac.eventbrite.com to expedite the registration process on the day of the event.

Businesses interested in finding qualified job candidates can reserve an exhibitor table for $75, while event sponsorships are also available to local companies for $250. Both can be reserved online at: htedac.eventbrite.com

“When it comes to our ongoing economic development efforts, we always strive to help our residents be in a position to benefit from the employment opportunities these businesses bring,” says Mayor Kelly Yaede.  “I hope that many of our residents who might be looking for summer employment, particularly our young adults, will take advantage of our upcoming job fair.”

Hamilton’s job fairs are held thanks to the Hamilton Economic Development Advisory Commission (HTEDAC), a municipal government commission that organizes similar events throughout the year.  Through sponsorships and private dollars, the Commission works to hold these and other efforts without a cost to Hamilton taxpayers.

Those interested in finding out more information about the upcoming job fair can contact Commission member Vinny Chawla at 215.630.7007 or vachawla@gmail.com
