3/19/2020 - NOTICE REGARDING NOMINATING PETITIONS – PRIMARY ELECTION 2020

NOTICE

NOMINATING PETITIONS – PRIMARY ELECTION

 

Please be advised that anyone wishing to submit a Nominating Petition for the 2020 Primary Election which is due by March 30, 2020 can do so by placing the petition in an envelope and depositing same in

our municipal (red) drop box which is located on the side entrance of the municipal building.  While the document will be date stamped as of the drop date, it will not be handled until 48 hours has passed.

Using this method will provide for safe handling of the petitions.  If you do choose to use this method, please call the Municipal Clerk’s Office at (609) 890-3622 to advise so we are aware of your deposit. 

Also, please be sure to provide the required email address so this office can communicate with you in a timely matter regarding any issue relative to the petition.


Information relative Governor Murphy’s Executive Order No. 105 which allows candidates to submit
their petition electronically will be forthcoming.
