Hamilton Township Stands with Womanspace Against Domestic Violence

In the attached photograph, Hamilton Township Mayor Kelly Yaede presents Dana Fraytak Troiano, Board Member of Womanspace, Inc. a proclamation to declare December 10th Community of Light Day in Hamilton Township to help raise awareness of domestic violence, along with students from Steinert High School, Assemblyman Dan Benson, Mercer County Clerk Paula Sollami-Covello, Detective Sergeant Robert T. Miktus of the Hamilton Township Police Division and Heidi Mueller of Womanspace, Inc.  This was the 11th annual Community of Light ceremony organized by Womanspace, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide a comprehensive array of services to individuals impacted by domestic and sexual violence and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for women and their families.  Womanspace also works with the Hamilton Township Police Division in assisting in domestic abuse matters.  For more information about Womanspace’s efforts, visit their website: www.womanspace.org
