Hamilton’s Annual Azalea Festival to Offer
Free Family Portrait Photograph This Mother’s Day
Attendees Can Enjoy Beautiful Sayen Botanical Gardens, the Historic Sayen House, Crafters, Food, Music, Entertainment and More!!!
Mothers can receive a free 5” x 7” family portrait photograph to celebrate Mother’s Day this May at Hamilton Township’s annual Azalea Festival.
The annual Azalea Festival, which allows attendees to enjoy the beautiful botanical gardens and its magnificent display of over 250,000 flowering bulbs, dogwoods, azaleas and rhododendron, will take place on Sunday, May 12, 2013 (Mother’s Day), from 10 am to 4 pm at Sayen Gardens (located at 155 Hughes Drive, Hamilton, NJ 08690 – at the corner of Mercer Street and Hughes Drive).
In addition to touring the grounds’ collection of beautifully landscaped walking paths, fountains, bridges, lakes, gazebos, and breathtaking scenery, attendees can enjoy crafters, food, music, entertainment, and more.
A free 5” x 7” photograph portrait will also be provided to families, while supplies last, between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm inside of the historic Sayen House. The beautiful home of the late Frederick Sayen is available for rental for a variety of functions and gatherings – including wedding receptions, bar and bat mitzvahs, private parties, showers, holiday parties and business meetings – and can accommodate up to 98 guests.
“Our community’s special Mother’s Day tradition continues with this year’s Azalea Festival, which promises to be another celebrated event that our families and neighbors can enjoy together,” says Hamilton Township Mayor Kelly A. Yaede.
