TRAFFIC NOTICE – Road Repaving Project on Edinburg Road (County Route 535; from Tanglewood Drive to Hughes Drive) Scheduled to Begin on or About Tuesday, May 28th
A Mercer County road milling and repaving project for Edinburg Road (County Route 535; in between Tanglewood Drive to Hughes Drive) is scheduled to begin on or about Tuesday, May 28th. The project is anticipated to take approximately fifteen (15) working days, weather permitting, to complete. Construction will take place on weekdays from approximately 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Construction will be completed in two phases.
The first phase (between Tanglewood Drive and Paxson Avenue) will allow only eastbound traffic to be maintained. Westbound traffic will be detoured to turn left onto Paxson Avenue, then turn right onto Nottingham Way and right onto Quakerbridge Road to Edinburg Road.
The second phase (between Paxson Avenue and Hughes Drive) will allow traffic to remain open in both directions with single lane traffic maintained in each direction.
Residents may wish to avoid this area and take alternative routes during the construction period.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this road repaving project.
