Weather Update (Saturday, January 4th at 10 AM)
Following reported snow accumulation of almost eight and one half inches of snow, plowing operations on secondary or neighborhood roads have continued throughout the night and into the morning.
Zones A, B, C, G, and H have been completed since secondary road plowing operations began at 12 PM Noon on Friday. At this time, zones D and F are approximately three-quarters complete and are estimated to be completed by 12 PM Noon today (Saturday). Zone E is anticipated to be completed by this evening.
Normal conditions require approximately 36 hours following the end of precipitation/the beginning of secondary road plowing operations to complete (from 12 PM Noon, Friday); however all indications are that Township crews will complete operations in less time.
Thank you for your patience and please remember to exercise caution if traveling.
