Hamilton Township Mayor Jeff Martin was present earlier this summer to welcome Professional Physical Therapy with a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Professional Physical Therapy is a leading provider of Physical Therapy in New Jersey, offering specialty rehabilitation, athletic training, and fitness services. Founding partners Robert Panariello, and George Papadopoulos, recognized the need for practical, individualized care and set out to launch a company that would meet those needs after years of working at a publicly traded Fortune 500 healthcare corporation. Professional Physical Therapy opened its first clinic in Bayside, Queens, in 1999. Today, it has nearly 200 facilities across Queens, Manhattan, Long Island, Bronx, Brooklyn, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.
Partner and Clinical Director Nicole Groszew Mattonelli opened the newest location at 1225 Whitehorse-Mercerville Avenue in Suite 210. Dr. Mattonelli has been practicing for more than ten years. She is board certified in orthopedics and did her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers School of Biomedical and Health Sciences). Originally from Northern New Jersey, Dr. Mattonelli moved to Hamilton to raise her family.
“Hamilton Township is happy to have Professional Physical Therapy open its newest location, under the leadership of Dr. Mattonelli, in our community,” said Mayor Jeff Martin. “I hope that Hamilton residents and neighbors alike will find the services they need from Dr. Mattonelli and her team.”
