James M. Stevens, Chief of Police is honored to announce the promotion of Lt. David Bacsik and the swearing in of Officer Joseph Mastrangelo. Lt. Bacsik has proudly served Hamilton Township for 14 years. Lt. Bacsik has spent his time as a Patrol Officer, A Field Training Officer, Patrol Sergeant. We look forward to him leading the younger men and women of this Division with his experience. Officer Mastrangelo transferred from New Jersey State Human Services Police.
