Hamilton Township (“Township”) collects non-personally identifiable information about you in a number of ways, including tracking your activities through your IP address, most-recently visited URL and referral sites. This information is used for identifying certain information such as; hits, referral sites and unique IP addresses.
The Township does not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily submit such information , for example, by registering a personal account with middletownnj.org for emergency services or municipal service requests. The types of information that may be requested include your name, address, email address, and telephone number along with information unique to your interests as well as other personal information that you may choose to submit but are not required to do so.
II. CONFIDENTIALITY
Any data gathered or voluntarily submitted is the property of the Township and intended for the Township’s use. The Township will not sell, rent, swap, or otherwise disclose your information to any third party unless otherwise required by law. The Township maintains and stores all data on a secure server that is not directly accessible to the Internet.

The Township will only use the information you provide to us for the purpose for which such information was provided. Account holders may elect to de-register at any time.
