United Way of Greater Mercer County Moves to Hamilton Township

People lined up in a row with a blue ribbon and grand opening scissorsMayor Jeff Martin, Mercer County Commissioner Nina Melker, and Mercer County Executive Dan Benson were present to celebrate United Way of Greater Mercer County (UWGMC) with a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, November 13, 2024. All were gathered to welcome the nonprofit to its new location at 3444 Quakerbridge Rd, Building 3, Suite 101, Hamilton, NJ 08619.

Previously located at 3150 Brunswick Pike, Suite 230, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648, UWGMC’s new office in Hamilton offers a more accessible space to connect people with the resources they need to thrive. The nonprofit’s mission to build a stronger community will be further supported in this new, vibrant location, as they continue to focus on empowering youth and family success, fostering economic vitality, and promoting health and wellness.

United Way of Greater Mercer County works to improve the lives of individuals and families by focusing on key areas that promote community well-being. They are committed to education, financial stability, and health while partnering with local organizations and engaging volunteers to create long-lasting change across Mercer County.

Mayor Jeff Martin shared his excitement for the organization’s new chapter, saying, “The United Way of Greater Mercer County has always been a pillar of support for our community, and with their new office, they will be able to reach even more families and individuals in need. I’m thrilled to see how their continued investment in programs and community partnerships will help us create a thriving community where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.”

The new office space will serve as a hub for local initiatives, bringing together programs, volunteers, and resources to make a lasting impact across Mercer County. With a strong commitment to local partnerships and a focus on long-term solutions, United Way is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all residents.
