11/17/2025 Update
We are excited to share photos from Spiezle Architectural Group highlighting the most recent updates at the new municipal building. We are pleased to report that the project is progressing well and remains on track for completion next fall.

4/23/2025 Update
Construction of the new municipal building continues. Hamilton Police Division’s drone operators visited the site and captured images of the progress below! The next step: steel!
3/25/2025 Update
Construction at the site of the new municipal building began in late Fall 2024. As of March 2025, construction of the foundation to the building is well underway. As a training opportunity, Hamilton Police Division’s drone operators visited the site and captured the below aerial images of the progress!
10/16/2024 Update
Hamilton Township and the Hamilton Township School District celebrated a momentous occasion of a groundbreaking ceremony for the new municipal building. The new facility, designed by the renowned Spiezle Architectural Group and constructed by EPIC, is expected to be ready for occupancy by the Township and the School District in the Fall of 2026. 9/5/2024 Update
The Mercer County Improvement Authority has awarded the contract for Phase 2 of the Hamilton Township Municipal Building Project to Epic Management, Inc. Read the resolution on the MCIA website here. More information to come on the groundbreaking!

1/22/2024 Update
Mayor Martin held a public forum on Monday, January 22, 2024, to provide an update on the design progress of the new municipal complex. The presentation included renderings of the interior and maps of all three levels of the municipal complex, in addition to cost estimates and a financing plan to limit the impact on Hamilton Township taxpayers. Spiezle Architectural Group gave the public an understanding of the layout, sustainable design choices of the complex, and a schedule for when the building would be ready for occupancy. According to the latest information, the new municipal building is set to break ground this summer and is set to be ready for occupancy by the summer of 2026.
7/13/2023 Update
The demolition of 1750 Whitehorse Mercerville Road has commenced to make way for a new shared Hamilton Township municipal building and school district complex. The demolition is expected to be completed by the end of summer of this year and break ground by early 2024.
