Hamilton Township Mayor Jeff Martin and Councilman Anthony Carabelli were present to welcome Side Bite Inc. with a Grand Opening Ceremony & Ribbon Cutting on Friday, March 8, 2024.
Owner and resident of Hamilton, Latif Michail has always had a love for racing cars and wanted to create a place where he could share that love and vision with his kids. Latif Michail purchased the 2-story building at the space located at 2595 Yardville Hamilton Square Rd which was originally constructed as one of Hamilton’s first Firehouses.
SideBite is a model car racing shop where you can race small 1/32-scale plastic models that are easy to assemble and exciting to race. The simplicity of these fun-filled model cars encourages modelers to use their imagination, while also helping to develop building skills through a hands-on approach. The location includes a 5-lane track, tables to build your race cars, plus an area to grab a snack. In addition, the second level of the building features a space with beautiful hardwood floors and large windows, to accommodate private events and parties.
“Sidebite is dedicated to fun for the whole family by providing a unique, safe environment for racers of all ages to come and play”, said Owner Latif Michail. “We are committed to showing the youth in Hamilton (and beyond) the joy there is in building something with their own hands and watching it in action”, Michail continued.
“We are thrilled to welcome Side Bite as our newest family-friendly business to Hamilton. It’s the perfect addition and really is for kids of all ages, young and old,” said Mayor Martin.
