Creative Change Counseling Launches New IDD Services Program
Mayor Jeff Martin recently joined the leadership of Creative Change Counseling to celebrate the official launch of its new Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Services Program. This expansion marks a significant milestone in the organization’s mission to provide inclusive, life-changing support to residents across our region.
Located at 3525 Quakerbridge Road, Suite 2000, in Hamilton, the new IDD provides a comprehensive suite of services tailored to each individual’s unique goals and life stage. The program serves both children and adults, ensuring a continuum of care that promotes independence and community belonging.
Serving Burlington, Mercer, and surrounding counties in New Jersey, Creative Change Counseling continues to strengthen its community presence. The organization first opened its Hamilton location in 2022 and has steadily expanded both its services and physical space within the IBIS Plaza, offering a growing range of counseling and support services to Hamilton residents.
“Creative Change Counseling continues to be a tremendous asset to our community,” said Mayor Martin. “The launch of their IDD Services Program reflects a deep commitment to inclusion, compassion, and opportunity. Hamilton Township is proud to support organizations that empower individuals of all abilities and strengthen families across our region.”
The organization partners closely with families, schools, support coordinators, and state systems to deliver meaningful and effective care. Services are accessible through Medicaid, PerformCare, and private pay options.
