Stream Cleanup Event
- The 2025 Stream & Community Clean-up was a big success; we had 52 participants. The clean-up produced 1.14 tons of material. We encompassed 3 - Bridges (Sloane/Whitehead/Assunpink), 3 - Islands (Train Station, Whitehead/Sweetbriar and East State/Whitehead), 1 - Circle (Whitehorse) plus Shady Brook Park, Municipal Park, Samuel Alito Way and the Animal Shelter.
Special recognition is given to a few groups who participated: Students from Hamilton High West, and the great Cub Scouts. Individuals we see every year and several families who just wanted to get involved. Thanks our Hamilton Township Environmental Commission, Mayor Martin - Town Council, Hamilton's Public Works and all of the dedicated volunteers who make our annual Stream Cleanup such a success!

- The 2024 Clean up we collected a preliminary tally of 78 bags of trash and 52 bags of recycling. There were many "treasures" found among the collections including a manchette, a child's battery car, tires, tv's, a bike, a mini-fridge and a car muffler & converter.
Special recognition is given to a few groups who participated: ACT Engineers, Texas Roadhouse Restaurant, students from Hamilton High West, and the great Cub Scouts. In addition, there were individuals we see every year and several families who just wanted to get involved. Thanks our Hamilton Township Environmental Commission, Mayor Martin - Town Council, and all of the dedicated volunteers who make our annual Stream Cleanup such a success!
